Instagram competition - Surf at Home Set
1. The giveaway has no connection to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but Miriam Joanna e.U., Carl Zwillinggasse 15, 2340 Mödling, as the operator of the miriam_joanna_art Instagram account (short: "Organizer"). The information provided will only be used for the giveaway.
Participation in the giveaway is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
2. The giveaway starts on January 21st at 12:00 pm and ends on January 28th at 10:00 pm.
3. You can win 1x Woaz Board Balance Board, 1x Paulsen Surf Garage sweater, 1x Paulsen Surf Garage mug, 1x Aponcho poncho, 1x A3 photo print Miriam Joanna, 2x WMN Surf Mag.
People with residence in Austria, Germany or Switzerland can take part.
4. Registration for the competition takes place via liking the post “Surf at Home Set”, a comment including two other people, follow the account Miriam_Joanna_art and that of the other 4 organisers.
5. The raffle for the prize takes place after the end of the implementation period in camera, unless the winner agrees.
6. The winners will be informed via Instagram's direct message function on Instagram. Winners must report their contact and address details to the organiser's Instagram page or by email to office@miriamjoanna.com within 5 working days (from notification of the prize). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their entitlement to the prize expires without replacement. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
7. As personal data is collected from participants in the context of the giveaway, these will be collected, processed and used by the organiser solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be deleted after the giveaway has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or email. Participants are responsible for the correctness and completeness of their submitted data.
8. The reposts of all participants may be used during the giveaway for the Instagram of Miriam Joanna Art. The winner's picture may be used for the Instagram account the miriam_joanna_art.
The personal data of the participants are used and collected by the organiser in compliance with data protection regulations.
Consent can be revoked at any time by deleting the relevant contribution. In this case, the participant also declares that they will no longer take part in the competition.
The judges' decision is final.
